Soundtralize is a recording studio management app for Mac, with a Windows PC version planned. The Mac version is in beta. Features may change, and continuous availability is not guaranteed. Some features, including Google connections, may need setup before public availability.
Some functions require an account and license. You are responsible for accurate account information and protecting your credentials. During the beta, access is free. Paid plans are offered as subscriptions after the beta.
Soundtralize is operated by Simon Dagenais, sole proprietor doing business as Soundtralize (NEQ 2279323895), Québec, Canada. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms and contract with Simon Dagenais (Soundtralize).
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until cancelled. Prices are shown before applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, fraud or breach of these terms.
You must not use Soundtralize for unlawful activity or fraud, infringe the rights of others, attempt to access systems or data without authorization, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Soundtralize, its software, design and brand remain the property of their owner. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app. Your projects, files and content remain yours.
The studio’s working data remains on its computer or in a location it chooses. The studio is responsible for security and backups. Items it chooses to publish in the Client Portal or share with an Inter-Studio partner are processed by the service for the duration of that sharing.
The studio is responsible for content it shares with clients and partners. It must have the rights to share the works and personal information involved and obtain any required consent. Illegal content and content infringing others’ rights are prohibited. The portal must not be used for permanent storage or public distribution.
The portal is for listening, feedback and approval. Listening versions are temporary and deleted 60 days after publication. Masters, final deliveries and backups remain the studio’s responsibility through its own storage and delivery tools. Portal space is limited to 20 GB per studio during beta; this limit may change.
In Inter-Studio, each studio retains ownership of its projects. Agreements about pricing, rights and deadlines are between the studios; Soundtralize is not a party. Google Drive and Dropbox links are subject to those providers’ terms. These features have been tested locally and will be offered to beta studios after public server deployment; they may change, and continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Contract templates and invoicing tools are general-purpose, not legal, accounting or tax advice. Check their suitability for your circumstances and applicable law.
Gmail, Google Drive and Dropbox are also governed by their providers’ terms and policies. The studio chooses the messages, files and links it sends.
To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by missing backups, a third-party outage or use contrary to these terms. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
You may stop using the app and request account closure through support. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk or legal obligation, as permitted by law. Back up local data first.
These terms are offered by Simon Dagenais, sole proprietor doing business as Soundtralize (Québec enterprise number NEQ 2279323895), Québec, Canada. Applicable laws of Québec and Canada govern these terms. Contact us at info@soundtralize.com or through support. Last updated: September 30, 2026.
